Quick update

Second beta test is in . . . 759!!!! Good news!!! My progesterone also went up in the 40s! All good!!! I don't have any time right now. I'll post more later.

Congratulations!! Everything sounds really great. Your first beta was just a little higher than my first one with our second pregnancy, and we have twin girls here to show for it...so I'm hoping great things for you!

Our History

C and I began dating March 22, 1996
Engaged July 15, 2000

Started TTC Baby #1 August 2005
Hysterosalpingogram (HSG) test: August 18, 2006
(results: Left fallopian tube dilated, some spillage, right fallopian tube could not be fully filled, but "looked" clear)
Referred to an RE June 2008
After reading all of medical records RE thought that both fallopian tubes looked to be blocked from 2006. :(
Several blood tests/semen analysis all normal
IUI July 2008 = BFN
Laparoscopy/Hysteroscopy August 2008
(Results: Level III Endometriosis, left ovary cyst, scar tissue, polyp in uterus, all removed)
IUI November 2008 = BFN
More blood tests = all normal
Found Dr. D in Chattanooga Jan 2009 did a phone consult recommended IVF

What is endometriosis?

A painful, chronic disease that affects millions of women worldwide. It occurs when tissue like that which lines the
uterus (endometrium) is found outside the uterus -- usually in the abdomen on the ovaries, fallopian tubes, the lining
of the pelvic cavity and many other sites. This misplaced tissue develops into growths or lesions which respond
to the menstrual cycle in the same way that the tissue of the uterine lining does. This results pain (abdominal or
pelvic), fatigue, infertility, back pain, and bowel problems.
